Job Description:
- Continuously improves, develops and adjusts the Schaeffler production system for the assigned part of the organization.Defines measures and implements them to achieve high productivity of the company’s core and support production processes.
- Applies crucial engineering processes and gives input for strategic decisions.
- Contributes to the alignment of capacity demand, budget and investment projects.
Process study, analysis, establishment and sustenance - Process documentation including Process flow diagram (PFD), Process failure mode and effect analysis (PFMEA)
- Ergonomics, Workplace design
Time study, Method study, MTM
Lean management including Value Stream Management and Machine type allocation (MTA) - MIS reporting of KPI – daily OEE
Abrasive definition and planning
Layout planning including basic knowledge of AUTOCAD - SMED and productivity projects
Your Qualifications
- University degree in Engineering
Minimum 4 years with relevant experience of Industrial Engineering in Mechanical Industries - Knowledge of SAP R3 / EP1
