Job Description:
- Execute Physical design verification, production validation process (SPL support) & Field issues support from the perspective of functional, mechanical aspectsCreate and maintain detailed, step-by-step documentation of test procedures and test results
- Communicate the test progress and failures and participate in the problem-solving process.
- Contribute to the creation of technical documents (commissioning manual, control plan)
Daily Tasks :
- Create detailed, step-by-step documentation of test procedures (test cases) and test results for each phase or project as needed to ensure, technical compliance, compliance with standards, and growth of company knowledge base.
- Analyses the result with respect to functional and quality requirements together with design engineering (e.g. statistical confidence)
Evaluates robustness as part of a test procedure by driving testing to failure (within the limits of safety) with respect to technical requirement
Provides feedback and suggestions for improvement in any area linked with a product
Provide continuous improvement on the test process and innovative ways how to test a function - Provide feedback as lessons learned and keep the test procedures up to date
- Accountable for the quality and the on time delivery of technical documents provided to production or suppliers (D96, control plan)
Critical Skills and Personal Attributes
Proficient with MS Office – Note: should this be a required functional skill? Who would not have this… - ERP knowledge, ideally SAP, is a plus
Knowledge about 3D mechanical design software is a plus
Able to read and understand technical drawings is a must - Familiarity with various packaging or converting processes is a plus
Excellent communication skills
Independent self-starter - Capacity to adapt to different cultures
Team player – working in global organization, Willingness to travel <10% of the time
Proactive work style, reliable and accountable
Takes ownership and responsibility - Noise measurement, Fluidic measurement
