Job Description:
- Ensure the Uptime of all EquipmentsComplete Daily Work Management with Maintenance Lead
- Ensure Preventive Maintenance is executed as per schedules
- Attend Breakdown Maintenance & ensure no line loss
- Ensure the Maintenance activities are carried out Safely & Efficiently in a Timely manner Troubleshoot Machine failures as per document Root Cause Analysis
- Evaluates systems or facilities to determine maintenance or repairs that need to be performed Collaborates with relevant Cross functional Team members on work assignments
- Identification & maintaining relevant critical spare parts
- Generate Kaizen Ideas & implement to increase Machine Uptime
- Upkeeping of all relevant records / logs / documents related to Maintenance
Ensure all the Statutory documents related to EHS and Factory act are updated
Here’s what we are looking for:
- Extensive knowledge on Electrical and Mechanical systems like Sensors, Pneumatic and hydraulic systems, Motors and Utility systems
- Troubleshoots and repairs electrical/electronic equipments including but not limited to programmable logic controllers(PLC), numerical control, power supplies, drives, gauges and test equipments
- Conversant with control gear and PLC System also knowledge in PLC Ladder programming, schematics and drawings of Electrical and Pneumatic systems
- Ability to handle,troubleshoot Robots and its controllers with associated programming like EPSON,ABB, Fanuc robots
- Knowledge and experience in working with Vision camera system and lab view is added plus
- Knowledge and experience in working with Fixtures and associated troubleshooting
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge on tools like FMEA, and hands-on experience working with maintenance KPIs like MTTR, MTBF and OEE - Ability to prioritize tasks and execute them as per defined schedule
- Ability to identify issues and to determine repairs that are needed
- Ability to plan maintenance schedules for all Equipment in the Factory Premises
- Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software as needed to complete reports, logs, and inventory
- Assists and trains other maintenance personnel/the team for enhancing the technical knowledge
- Shift manpower handling and manpower allocation
