Job Description:
- Cost reduction through alternate material, changing manufacturing processes & redesign “Design and BOM preparation for adaptation parts.
- Maintain complete secrecy of projects handled by him and bring to notice of seniors any security risk
Updating and preparation of Customer JOB-Main BOMs with zero error
Support for Aftersales and installation teams for part issues and technical support. - Attend DOR and WOR- Timely closure of NCs.
- Provide solution to field NCs
Support for updating of technical documentation. - Cost reduction through alternate material, changing manufacturing processes & redesign etc.
- Simulation, analysis design calculation and motion analysis with documentation of Mechanical equipment’s/mechanisms
To follow as NPD , PDP guidelines and documentation. - Conduct FMEA, DFM analysis with proper documentation
