Job Description:
- Analyse and evaluate customer requirements, elicitate and specify system level requirements, support for sub-system level specification, Validating the requirements
Ability to lead, follow through and drive the deliveries until completion. Should have experience Leading a small team - Should ensure that the Requirements Management and guidelines are properly taken care by the team
- Support Model based requirement engineering
- Support/Lead the requirement reviews along with the Leader
- Should be able to drive mutiple tasks at a time, should be able to plan and prioritize the work
- Should ensure the traceability is established between different level of requirements and test cases
- Should ensure timely delivery as per deliverable expectations from Mahindra Electric Development process
- Should be able to support for IATF audits
- Support Verification and validation team for related issues.
