Job Description:
1. Attend complaints of customers for servicing/repair of products within the stipulated deadline and close the same with satisfactory report.
2. Prepare repair estimate for tools, to train newly appointed service engineer / technician.
3. Coordinate for requirement of material needed to repair the tools, to generate service report.
4. Problem solving approach & good technical skills.
5. Authorised to sign repair estimate and make list of required spare parts, reporting to sales manager.. Prepare repair estimate for tools.
6. To train newly appointed service engineer / technician.
7. Coordinate for requirement of material needed to repair the tools.
8. To generate service report.
Interview Procedure : Personal Technical Interview for shortlisted candidates. HR Interview for selected candidates
