Job Description:
- Knowledge of Radial Extruder ,Steel Cord Calendar & Steel Cord Cutter.Adopt safe and accident free working procedures/conditions.
Ensure safety of equipment and workforce. - Identify unsafe acts and timely correction.
- Ensure good quality of components, maintain quality standards and specifications
Reduce defect and rejection rate.
Reduction in scrap and rework generation. - Improvements through small modification and initiatives.
Planning and delivering components as per requirements. - Coordinate with other process areas for completing the task.
- Training and Multiskilling within the Area.
- Improvements in the OEE of machines.
Attendance monitoring, absentee control, disciplinary action in timely manner. - Appreciating for the good job done by the team.
- Daily production and the scope for improvement is communicated through TDMS meetings
Identify and implement kaizen for improvements. - Using Quality tools for solving problems.(SPS, why? Why? Analysis etc.)
