Job Description:
- Installation & Commissioning of new EquipmentImplement & Execute Preventive Maintenance Program
Constantly review Spare Parts Program & make suggestions to improve - Provide Engineering support to close Breakdown Calls efficiently and maintaining Maximum Machine Uptime
Work on Focused Improvements to improve MTB - Train Technicians to improve MTTR
Conduct RCAs/FMEAs regularly to understand gaps in the system
Provide solutions eliminate repeated issues and process related queries - Control & Reduce Maintenance Costs
Update Maintenance Dashboards
Mechanization of maintenance activities
Develop SPMs to improve operational Efficiency - Following all the safety norms and ensuring no norms are violated in any process.
- Maintaining 5S standards of the highest level
- Anything else desired by Management
