Job Description:
- Leads bid and proposal activities, and all technical aspectsConcentrates on scope, spec review and cost/price working
- Owns the technical negotiations with the customer
- Good interpersonal skills.
Your responsibilities
- Proposal Lead and lead for all technical aspects, Makes (initial) compressor selection & defines train configuration
Leads Risk & Opportunity Assessment where required - Responsibility for Scope of supply, Commenting project requisition (RFQ)
Drive supply chain management (vendor quote) - Writes technical inquiry specification for buy out items (e.g. driver, gear box)
Evaluates & communicates with selected vendors (in close partnership with the Project Procurement Manager) - Acquire and drive project cost estimates & delivery, Compiles’ proposal incl. prices
- Cross-check pricing strategy vs. offered scope, Supports Bid and LoA decisions
Responsible for TLoA/CP LoA, interface to Operations and procurement - Supports Project closing with technical expertise
