Job Description:
- i). Shall be able to understand the functional requirements from initial vehicle definition derive the switches definitionii). To have detailed knowledge on switches developemnt and expertise in CATIA
iii).Initiate, Interact with CFT & Lead the design engineers for system integration to realise the required E&E feature with Quality , Cost and Time.
iv). Shall be able to work on switches packaging and development and should have skills on stack up verification
v). Releasing all technical specification to suppliers for components/systems
vi). Validating the components by making proper test cases in both component and vehicle level so as to give issue free product to customer
vii). Meeting the cost targets specified without compromising quality of the product and also bringing out some cost effective solution thro IMCR/VAVE activities.
viii). Should have knowledge on working of BOM details of components.
ix). Must demonstrate a high degree of problem solving ability, especially in the field of expertise. Usage of Quality tools, DFMEA,Design Reviews & Project management
x). Fluent in use of personal computer programs such as Access, Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.
xi). Shall be able to selct components for Wiring harness as per required standard
xi). To be expertise in CATIA specific to GSD (surface design)module and
xii). Should have knowledge on sheet module design and drafting.
xiii). To be proficient in TEAMCENTRE and to have knowledge about PLM process. - xiv). Shall be able to prepare BOM, Spec., Design Verification & Validation Requirements
