Job Description:
- Understand the system level operation of the Enphase Ensemble system including all new productsWork with all regional Field application engineers and Global support engineers to identify the gaps in the customer training materials
- Create and provide content for the regular training material updates with the new products, new features and software changes, as per the regional field team requirements
- Collaborate with Trainings platform team and ensure that the Feedback from Field team is incorporated in the training material
- Work with cross functional teams and create knowledge base for internal teams on the new products
