Job Description:
- Experience: At least 4-5 years of experience in handling maintenance. Experience in all areas mechanical and electrical is preferred
Desired Competencies: Knowledge of all critical machines and utilities, spares and preventive maintenance schedules, Working knowledge of SAP and excelKey Responsibilities:
Produce and deliver products and services
Maintain Equipment UptimeAssess the nature of breakdown and diagnose fault. Allocate crew or involve external party or supplier if required. Arrange for spares. Verify completion of the job and working condition of machine;

1. % reduction in downtime
2. Meantime between Failures (MTBF)
3. Meantime to Repair (MTTR)
Produce and deliver products and services
Coordinate for Materials and ServicesCoordinate repair and maintenance work done by external parties and ensure procurement of required spares. . Support the Processing of bills of the vendors.

Produce and deliver products and services
Provide Engineering SupportDevelop and execute preventive maintenance schedules and checklists. Involve in the development and indigenization of imported spares, Undertake developmental activities in the areas of technology upgradation and automation IN ORDER TO reduce downtime of equipment and contribute to engineering development. Monitor the Maintenance schedules and the upkeep of the BIL equipment fiven on bailment to the CP’s.
