Job Description:
- Gather and understand project requirement / scopeMake a project plan and roadmap to achieve project goals
Understand the risk and prepare mitigation plan and adapt to field learning
Coordinate with cross functional teams and implement the project with Vestas’s process
Supervise and align project issues with stakeholders - Lead the project and provide cost optimized, secure tower design solution
Deliver the technical solution within quality, time and cost targets of the project - Provide feedback and task design solutions to interfacing systems in order to optimize product design
Qualifications
- Bachelor / Master’s degree in Mechanical / Civil Engineering (structural)
Minimum 6-9 years of professional experience in designing
Experience with modular design in WTG / Automobile / Aerospace engineering
Technical leadership & Project management skills (technical project management)
Competencies
- Solid fundamental and innovative mindset
Technical leadership and understanding the business and full value chain.
Exposure to technical project management in global multicultural environment
Proficient in configuration, BOM and PDMlink - Knowledge on Bolted and Welded Connections, GD&T
