Job Description:
- Exposure to Basic engineering of equipment.Guide a team of design engineers to complete the detailing task.
- Integrate with design team and other cross functional teams to understand the task
- and delegate the same to the team.
Understanding to design calculations of steel plant systems including Boiler/Electric - Arc Furnace/Ladle Furnace/Blast Furnace/Sinter Plant/Caster/Pellet Plant/Wire Rod Mill/
- Secondary Steel Making/Fume Exhaust System/ Steel Plant BOP
- Ability to co-ordinate with CAE /Design Analysis Team for validation of design.
Site design failure analysis and corrective actions. - ECN preparation and understanding.
Checking of detailed engineering drawings created by design team. - Design automation idea generation to improve productivity.
- Parametric modelling understanding and guiding the team.
- Design optimization.
