Job Description:

• Understanding of flowsheet, process flow diagrams, P&ID, mass and energy balance diagram etcKnowledge in PMS, VMS
• Knowledge in pipe sizing, layout, support details, isometrics, piping design basis, etc.
• Flexibility analysis, Network analysis.
• Overall Knowledge of industrial processes like Water System, Gas Systems
  Preparation of MTO/BOM
• Static Equipment – Tanks, pressure vessels, heaters, etc.
• Rotary Equipment – pumps, fans, compressors etc.
• Knowledge on Cost Estimation
  Knowledge of Standards and Codes
  International codes of design (American codes must, European codes preferred).
• Software Exposure
• Hands on exposure to 3D modelling
  Autocad Plant 3D / E-3D, NAVISWORK, etc.

  People Skill

Job Profile

• Piping design and development.
• Required to work in design office, sometimes at site during erection and commissioning in India and abroad.

For Civil Engineers

• 2. Basic Knowledge in working with Indian and foreign Standards
  3. Ability in working using 3D Platform using REVIT/TEKLA/E-3D.
  4. Understanding on the basic requirement against an assignment.
  5. Proficiency in Navis works and Autocad (basic working knowledge).
  6. Proficiency in analysis software like Staad-Pro or equivalent.
  Should have basic skills on
  1. Understanding on the basic assignment and preparation of basic scheme.
  2. Analysis and design of structures based on the applicable codes and software’s.
  3. To provide input to Modelers for preparation of 3D Models.
  4. Communication with other departments to get the complete basic input for an assigned Job.
  5. Analytic skill and capable of analyzing the structure by manual calculation.
  1. Study of the basic inputs and take initiation to start the work for assigned Job.
  2. Preparation of Structural Staad Model from the basic assignment, Analysis, design of structures and document preparation.
  3. Discussion with other disciplines and clients for providing comprehensive engineering solution.
  4. Preparation of Bill of quantities
  5. Health inspection/assessment of existing ereected structures, discussion with Client, collection of information/input and inspection report preparation.
  6. Detailed engineering for retrofitting/strengthening/modification to existing damaged/corroded/distressed structures.
