Job Description:
- Quality related Improvement activityPPAP document creation
- PDI of products before dispatch
- Coordinating with customers for Troubleshooting
- Coordinating with production team about customer NCR’s
- Display board creation and update verification
- Internal process audit
- Internal training to assembly technician based on KPI updation.
- INCOMING INSPECTION
- IN-LINE QUALITY CONTROL
- SUPPLIER HANDLING
- REJECTION CONTROL
- ERP handling for rejections
- Rejection Material analysing and organizing for rework of possibly products
- Maintaining the Quality ISO documents
- ISO audits & Customer audits Handling
- Implementing the quality tools
- Coordinating with supplier to solve quality issue
