Job Description:
- Responsible for routine testing of various families of variable speed drives, and generation of test reports.Offering drives for customer inspection/witness by consultant in line with approved quality assurance plan.
- Periodic maintenance and calibration of instruments/equipment in test field.
- Coordinating with factory for monthly planning of testing activities in line with revenue/production plan.
- Coordinating with engineering for revisions and document update.
- Participate in special testing requirements at other factories or customer sites.
Your background
- Degree/Diploma – Electrical engineering.
Minimum 2+ years of experience. - Familiarity and practice of all safety requirements including procedures, PPE, practices, hazard reporting etc.
- Experience with engineering/testing of variable speed drives, and associated IEC/IS standards and HW & SW tools.
- Familiarity with operation and maintenance of circuit breakers, transformers and motors.
- Familiarity with 5S.
