Job Description:
- Work as an integral part of the Proposals Team in AustraliaAssist in planning proposal submission with the Team
Work with Solutions Engineer to understand the Client and Key Drivers for the Proposal
Prepare design proposal estimates, methodologies, and schedules
Work with Principal Engineers to pick the proposed Project Team
Work with Proposal Coordinator to reference best / relevant Projects Experience
- Review estimates with Discipline Principal Engineers
- Finalize proposal with the Team
Carry out other duties as may be assigned from time to time by supervisor/management,
Need to work off-hours for client co-ordination: Occasionally
Need to travel offshore for training/on-site work: Occasionally
Title:Associate Proposal Mechanical /Electrical Engineer
Qualifications:
- Bachelors/ Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering
Detailed Engineering Design Experience preferably in the following areas:
Materials Handling, and/oro Mining or Mineral Processing Wet Process Plant (Not Oil and Gas), and/or
o Non Process Infrastructure (such as water and air services, buildings, maintenance sheds)
Experience in preparing design estimates of deliverables, time, and duration
Have excellent data manipulation abilities (MS Excel/MS Access database type packages) - Excellent Oral and Written English
Technical report writing skills preferred
Competent level of baseline skills, i.e. professional and confident with the essential, basic business and communication skills that are required for career growth in all positions. - Likes working in a close High Performance Team
