Job Description:
- Create project plan, schedule, site acceptance checklists, & risk management plansBuild a firm process to deliver multiple sites per week / with daily charger commissioning each week across the region
- Own the scope, schedule and budget for your projects and are cognizant of cost implications and able to make recommendations which benefit the bottom line
- Forecasting, scheduling deployment, and managing all components of highly complex installations
- Exercise ownership of not just individual sites, but the overall portfolio of projects within your region
- Develops working knowledge of industry regulations, restrictions, and laws, and ensures vendors adheres to all regulations
- Ensures that the project is formally closed out, as contractually agreed
Internal and external stakeholder managementAct as key contact for the vendors and an escalation point for project issues. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and effectively communicates with all stakeholders.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain Management, and successfully procure required services, materials and equipment for the project from external and internal suppliers
Support Supply Chain Management in supplier negotiations, claims and project changes - Interface with multiple regional installation, logistics and service companies
