Job Description:
- To review the BOM of Product and understand How many SKU’s are required to be in houseTo review the material status and make PO & TR for the sub assy.
- To receive the data from Production engineer through Job card and confirm the same assy.
- To check and verify the Assy handling is good and storage as per assembling Plan.
- To entertain the spare request , BOM verification, Process the material & handover the same.
- To track the last day consumption and issuance.
- To ensure daily cycle count of Class A & Class B type of material and investigate it properly.
- To ensure the Inventory control in ProductionB.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering with at least 3 years of experience in above mentioned requirement.
- Must have worked in SAP, relevant information of SAP transaction /MRP, Ms Excel/ Ms Powerpoint/ Ms-Word.
- Rotational Shifts Relocate to Manesar.
- Good understanding of Inventory control & management.
- Good Communication Skill & can work under extreme pressure
- MIS preparation and reporting skills, skill to summarize and present effectively and efficiently
