Job Description:
- Installation & Commissioning support for new EquipmentMaintain & Improve the controls systems for Equipment Install base
Maintain Back up of modified software upgrades and remain apt with the latest technology - Provide Engineering support to close Breakdown Calls efficiently and maintaining Maximum Machine Uptime
Work on Focused Improvements to improve MTB - Train Technicians to improve MTTR
Support development SPMs to improve operational Efficiency - Following all the safety norms and ensuring no norms are violated in any process.
- Maintaining 5S standards of the highest level
- Anything else desired by Management
Objectives:Improve OEE
Education and Qualification:
- Preferably BE/B-Tech Electrical or Electronics & Telecommunications Engineering with 6-10 Years of Related Experience
You will Excite us if you have:
- Sound Knowledge of Electrical Control Systems, Mechanical Systems and Control Platforms
Capable of working with AB, Siemens, Mitsubishi, Delta, Direct Logix PLCs etc
Apt Knowledge of various transducers and control circuits
Knowledge of Communication protocols like Modbus, Profibus, RS485, Ethernet etc.
HMI /SCADA programming and link up to PLC. Should be able to quickly learn and adapt new makes.
AC/DC drives Installation & Programming
Sound Knowledge of Utility Equipment & Power Systems
Sound knowledge of supporting SPM build
Sound Knowledge of PDCA cycle and the DMAIC process
Should have knowledge of local and international service/spares providers
Excellent written & Verbal communication Skills - Capable of working in Shifts & SAP literate
