Job Description:
- In depth knowledge of manufacturing processes for Electronics and Electrical parts present in an automobile.Perform Teardown, Generate BOM & create zero based costing model for Electrical Harness, Motors, Battery, Relays, PCB’s and other electrical & electronic components present in an automobile.
- Detail process mapping by visualizing the physical part, selection of machines for the appropriate process, cycle time calculations for the process considered.
Strong numerical ability & expertise in MS Excel.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ability to interact with internal/external customers on a regular basis and participate in review meetings.
- Perform cost comparison while benchmarking 2 different products & generate fact pack for the cost saving ideas.
- Technical ownership & delivery.
- Handle a team of 2-4 subordinates & manage their daily activities.
