Job Description:
- Installation, testing, commissioning and project excuation of ETP, PUW, STP.Smooth operation & Maintenance of ETP, PUW, STP.
- Optimization of energy consumption in. ETP, PUW, STP.
- Coordination with internal customer for proper maintenance of ETP, PUW, STP in facilities.
- Ensure uninterrupted supplies with required quality & flow.
- Monitoring, analyzing & optimization/ upgradation of system.
- Ensure all parameters within agreed / required limits.
- Optimum utilization of resources including work force
- Ensure implementation of safety requirement in operation & maintenance of system.
- Coordination with Production team, for optimum utilization ,smooth functioning to the satisfaction of internal costumers.
- Knowledge of IMS and Energy Conservation.
- Improve and maintain shop floor practices, ensuring discipline/ safety, ‘5S’ initiatives & legal compliance.
- Develop and coach the team, resolve grievances and maintain high motivation level in the team.
