Job Description:
- Architectdesign of test stations for DVT in accordance with safety standards.Participa teand contribute to DFMEA & PFMEA reviews. Drive tests identified inDFMEA/PFME
- Participate and contribute to DFM, DFS and DFR reviews.
- Lead Debug of issues during DVP and help build a database of lessons learnt.
- Analyse functional dependencies of FW/HW modifications to help decide on regressiontest plans during FW upgrades or HW changes.
- Publish plans for SW/FW regression tests in DVP plans and procedures.
- Publish safety and regulatory test plans as per recommended standards
- Standar dizationof DVP across HW designs.
- Lead automation of test stations and procedures to enhance test time and accuracy.
- Periodic Evaluation and update of Technical & Soft-Skills in the team.
- Manage Competency Matrix for individuals in the team.
- Guide team in successful evaluation of key product differentiators through effective bench marking.
- Demonstrate agility while managing technical and execution risks in situations deman ding rapid, dynamic changes.
- Demonstrate collaborative culture in the team while staying committed to business resultsand deliverables.
- Meet high levels of employee engagement and low attrition in the team.
- Coach and Mentor Employees to achieve career aspirations.
- Collaborate with Engineering,Product,Program and NPD to review DVP plans and test reports
- Participate in internal Peer Group discussions to share and implement best practices acrossPVL
- Coordinate with HR to arrange a Training (as needed) for Individuals in the team.
- SupportTalent Partners for speedy recruitment and onboarding of resources.
- Represent the team during Program/Project Management reviews.
- Participateand contribute towards optimizing Budget and resource plans.
