Job Description:
- Responsible for the utility equipment’s operation and maintenance activities in the plant.Manpower planning and handling
- Material planning , indenting, follow up and inspection
- All kinds of documentation.
- Responsible for plant capex’s, modifications and one time.
- Responsible for ensuring safety in all aspects.
- Responsible for reducing the downtime by optimum solution
- Responsible for executions of improvement plans and its implementations
- Responsible for driving management programs such as TPM and 5 S.
- Responsible for RCA for each unplanned failure.
- Responsible for accepting the permit after checking the feasibility of work.
- Coordinate with vendor, contractor, process, safety and other service department.
- Responsible for safe working inside the plant as well as at contractor yard.
