Job Description:
- Ensure execution of work at site on time, quality, cost parameters Ensure 100% safety implementation at site as per Tata Power safety norms
Ensure completion of work in given time and cost - Verification of statutory requirements at site before and during execution
- Update knowledge on various technical developments in civil field and implement the same after taking management approval
- Ensure timely booking of expenditures for completed works as per target and requirement of Company.
- Ensures Relevant IS Codes for measurement and related works are implemented in invoicing.
- QA / QC checks to be done during execution are part of the contract and invoicing
- Preparation of estimates, BOQs and tracking of the budget as per Annual Business Plans
- Ensures processing of documents through ERP & Wrench (SAP MM modules (Placement of orders, PRs etc.))
- Update Knowledge of various market Rates of construction materials.
