Job Description:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Electronics, or Mechanical EngineeringMinimum 5-6 years’ experience in an industrial environment, preferably in a quality function in manufacturing switchgears or Automobile industries.
- Good knowledge and/or experience in manufacturing and testing of wiring devices, PCB assembly, Injection Molding and metal stamping tools will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001, QS 9000/TS 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and comes with audit exposure are preferred
- Computer literacy is essential, must be conversant with the use of Minitab and is familiar with Statistical Process Control (SPC) and SAP transactions
- Familiar with quality management tools such as APQP, MSA, SPC, FMEA, Six sigma and Problem Analysis Tools ( A3 , 8D , why , etc.
- Proven abilities in management of multi-disciplinary teams are also key requirements for this position
- Good inter-personal skills in managing internal team and dealing with overseas quality team
- Proactive and high speed in following up, executing, and resolving key customer feedback issues
- Ability to write and converse with confidence in English
