Job Description:
- Fault Finding, Trouble Shooting of Forging Press ShopKnowledge on PLC, Sensors, Hydraulic Controls, Robotics, Utility Press Machines etc..
- Ability to troubleshoot / Fault finding on Electric, Electronic circuits & Hydraulic circuits
- Understanding of Mechanical Drawing and Hydraulic Controls
- Hands on Heavy Mechanical Presses for Trouble Shooting
- Attend the Breakdown in Press machines and Utilities area
- Very strong in Root cause analysis & countermeasures – by using Problem solving tools
- Reduction of spare part cost
Work for Maintenance for 5S activity
Knowledge of IATF requirements & SAP
Implement the project to reduce the Power cost - Worked on AIDA, IZAC, Mori, Minister Press machines
