Job Description:
The incumbent to this role drives the end-to-end planning and execution of P&E setups for a cluster of 4-6 projects while optimising costs, to ensure delivery in line with quality/safety standards, while liasoning with the operations team and government authorities for necessary approvals and troubleshooting major issues at the project sites.
The role holder is responsible for obtaining financial approvals, define all types of schedule for maintenance and manage manpower requirements.
The focus is on driving the areas of P&E performance in terms of cost, quality and safety, people management, liasoning with the stakeholders, and troubleshooting major issues.
The incumbent is also expected to identify opportunities for process optimization based on ground realities.
