Job Description:
To ensure availability of production line by resolving Breakdowns of Production lines in a timely manner. Analysis of long duration breakdowns and plan for reduction of down times, through Corrective & preventive actions. (PDCA approach).
Preventive maintenance of lines.
Planning & procurement of Maintenance spares.
Providing necessary training to all technicians & Operators (TPM) to improve the Competency.
Ensure calibration is done on all Machine mounted gauges & Process requirements to ensure Quality of the manufactured products.
Budget planning & control.
Ensure Process stability & Measurement data management.
Initiate Industry 4.0 projects – Digitalization Concept and Execution.
Method improvement projects and corrective action for customer complaints.
IT in Manufacturing concept & execution.
